E.E.S. Pre-Retirement Programs are designed to provide education and guidance to employees not only to help them choose among their options, but also to help them manage their affairs in anticipation of a retirement date as a result of corporate downsizing.

Programs are customized to meet specific needs and generally include:

  • An introductory seminar explaining the financial packages being offered and decisions faced by the individuals.
  • Individual planning sessions to provide personalized advice on available financial / pension options and discuss specific questions.
